Gross (before taxes) monthly income for the household must be at least 3 1/2 times the monthly rent. You must have stable employment.

You will need to provide three references.
1. Decide on the right property for you.
2. Fill out the application online.
3. If all qualifications are met, someone will contact you with in 48 hours.
4. Appointment will be set to view home.
5. If final approval is met and both parties are happy, appointment to sign lease and pay deposit.
6. Transfer utilities and obtain occupancy permit (if necessary).
7. Meet at office or property and pay first month's rent, provide occupancy permit and receive keys.
